北韓周三（7日）透過官媒針對台海議題警告美國，指責華盛頓對台軍售與軍事支持正在升高區域緊張，並替北京的「一個中國」立場背書。
同一天，北韓領導人金正恩在致俄羅斯總統普丁（Vladimir Putin）的生日賀電中，承諾繼續支持俄羅斯及其戰爭努力。

綜合路透與韓聯社報導，這並非金正恩本人首次碰觸台灣問題：他今年（2026年）4月在平壤會見中國外交部長王毅時，已表示北韓將在「一個中國」原則基礎上，全力支持中國黨和政府為實現國家領土完整所採取的內外政策；6月習近平訪問平壤期間，他再度稱朝方將始終不渝地堅持一個中國原則，堅定支持中國維護核心利益的政策和立場。
北韓官方朝鮮中央通訊社（KCNA）周三刊出題為《美國行事魯莽》（U.S. Is Acting Rashly）的評論，作者是北韓國際事務分析者金明哲。金明哲寫道，美國「以『反對台海單方面改變現狀的企圖』為藉口，有系統地破壞區域穩定，並持續升高情勢」。他指過去10年美國透過海外軍售提供台灣的彈藥與軍備超過美金390億元（約台幣1.25兆元），並把近期抵台的美製戰機形容為「無非是無恥的行為，在別人家門口埋下一顆炸彈，卻聲稱這顆炸彈是為了確保這戶人家的安全」。

A KCNA commentary this week, titled "U.S. Is Acting Rashly," accused Washington of destabilizing the Taiwan Strait through arms sales and military support. The trigger: the first two F-16V jets from Taiwan's long-standing 2019 order arrived last week. North Korea called the delivery "planting a bomb at the gate of other's house and asserting that the bomb is for ensuring the security of the house." The commentary doesn't stop at criticism. It backs China's position outright: "The Taiwan issue is an internal affair of China, so how to settle it is entirely the affair of the Chinese people." Then comes the warning aimed directly at Washington, asking whether the US is "ready to stand in frontal confrontation" with China over Taiwan, and whether it "can cope with its consequences." The commentary closes with a line that reads less like analysis and more like a prediction: "Taiwan's return to China is a matter of time." Same day, Kim Jong Un sent Putin a birthday message pledging to keep expanding their "comprehensive strategic partnership" and voicing confidence Russia's war would "end in victory." North Korea has already sent an estimated 14,000-15,000 troops to support that war since 2024. Pyongyang is now vocally backing both Beijing on Taiwan and Moscow on Ukraine.

評論並稱：「台灣問題是中國的內政，如何解決完全是中國人民的事務，任何外部勢力都無權干涉」。金明哲警告華盛頓「應該三思，是否已準備好為了台灣的安全，與中華人民共和國強大的國力正面對抗，以及是否有能力承受其後果」，又說「台海不穩定恰恰意味著美國的危機。台灣回歸中國只是時間問題」。
評論中直接針對的，是台灣2019年向美國訂購的66架全新F-16V Block 70戰機中，首批2架上周抵台。北京主張這座民主治理的島嶼為其領土，並持續加大軍事施壓。
朝中關係近年明顯拉近。兩國2025年9月在北京、今年6月在平壤舉行峰會，後一次會晤中雙方誓言把關係提升為「戰略夥伴關係」。朝俄關係同樣急遽強化：普丁與金正恩2024年6月簽署共同防禦條約，烏克蘭與韓國方面估計，北韓自2024年以來已派遣約1萬4,000至1萬5,000名士兵支援俄羅斯在烏克蘭的戰爭。
金正恩在致普丁的生日賀電中強調，平壤將在兩國「全面戰略夥伴關係」架構下繼續擴大共同工作，並深信俄羅斯為捍衛主權、安全利益與領土完整所進行的「神聖正義之戰」終將勝利。這封賀電沒有明文提及俄羅斯在烏克蘭的戰爭。
